I do hope your other cats have been spayed/neutered....we on the cat site can appreciate an accidental breeding, however we do want you to plan to have this be your cat's only litter. If you have any intact male cats...you need to keep them away from your female until she can be safely spayed. Below is a list of low cost spay/neutering clinics:Originally Posted by the godess bast

I'm glad you are working with an organization to have your females fixed....however since Alora is still intact, you will need to keep an eye on her because cats can become pregnant again within a few days of giving birth.Originally Posted by the godess bast
thanks for the info but am already working whith animal alies to get my females fixed alora got pregnant because my 2 yr old pushed out the kichen screen and she got out back in aug
Let me clarify my reason for suggesting you need to keep an eye on Alora. Even though you have probably made every intention to not allow her back outdoors...some of our members have had their cats accidentally get out again. In some cases it was due to their children 'accidentally' letting the cat out and in some cases, it was that the cat would dash outside. A cat's hormones often clash with the best of our intentions.Originally Posted by the godess bast
thanks for the info tnr1
I would also recommend that when Alora gives birth..that you place Alora's food/water and litterbox in the same room as where you will set her up with her kittens.Originally Posted by the godess bast
thanks right now alora is sacked out on the back of the sofa right now but last night she was up she was down the kits are very active in her so i thinks she is getting close once i mixed the adult and the kitten food the fighting stoped
