I do hope your other cats have been spayed/neutered....we on the cat site can appreciate an accidental breeding, however we do want you to plan to have this be your cat's only litter. If you have any intact male cats...you need to keep them away from your female until she can be safely spayed. Below is a list of low cost spay/neutering clinics:

I'm glad you are working with an organization to have your females fixed....however since Alora is still intact, you will need to keep an eye on her because cats can become pregnant again within a few days of giving birth.

Let me clarify my reason for suggesting you need to keep an eye on Alora. Even though you have probably made every intention to not allow her back outdoors...some of our members have had their cats accidentally get out again. In some cases it was due to their children 'accidentally' letting the cat out and in some cases, it was that the cat would dash outside. A cat's hormones often clash with the best of our intentions.

I do wish you a successful birth.

just thought i would put this in right quick. once she has the kits, there won't be anymore fights over the food bowl. my queen had hers in my room. and her food bowl and such w/ kitten food were in there. and i had plenty of my other kitten dashing into my room, when someone would open the door to come in, because near the end i had to keep Allie in my room locked up because the other one would try and play, and was stressing her, but gizmo would wait at the door for her to come out, and i would always have to watch where she was if i was to open the door. but after she had those kits. gizmo hasnt been in my room since. she is actually scared of Allie, and doesnt wanna be near them. which is a great relief to me. hope the helps ur worries tho.

I would also recommend that when Alora gives birth..that you place Alora's food/water and litterbox in the same room as where you will set her up with her kittens.
