Yes- anytime my foster kittens get a cold or an upper respiratory infection my vet recommends using a brand of nasal drops called "Little Noses" -it's designed for babies. I use the Decongestant nose drops in the orange and white box. It's safe to use because it is a neosynephrine type drop- so it's non-toxic to the kitty and helps them breath when they are all stuffed up like little Kolar is at the moment. You put 1 drop in each nostril 2x a day....it works wonders
(the bottle is cool- you can turn it upside down and use it like a dropper or turn it rightside up and spray it.) It has no pseudophedrine, no alcohol, and no preservatives in it.

Aaaaaaaaw, "little noses"...that is the cutest name of nasal spray for kits

How do you even spray it into their little tiny nostrils?

well, it's in a bottle so you just turn it upside down (it's actually in drop form)...so you just put the tip up to the nostril and put one drop of the formula into each (hehe, Kolar thought I was a freak when I did that to him- he did NOT appreciate it one bit lol). / He's still pretty stuff tonight, and his eyes are still a lil runny. Hopefully once the medicine kicks in though, he should feel better soon. I also just think he's tired tonight after the long vets visit, iv, and all the other tests they did on him. He's actually sitting on my shoulder at the moment watching me type. I've had him in his blankie with me for the past 30 minutes just spending some time with him.

Kolar could still use a few ((get well vibes)) if you lovely people could spare some more
He looks a bit better today, but is still under the weather. He's also having issues keeping his bottom clean since he doesn't feel like doing much of anything at the moment. I just gave his bottom a bubble bath- lol...he was NOT happy with me
...he's sitting on my chest now reading all of TCS posts -hehe, he's already hooked
/ The other kittens are looks great today! hopefully little Kolar will catch up soon
/ he's still really stuffy and having runny eyes- but that should clear up soon with the new meds hopefully.

Thankyou everyone!
Kolar and I appreciate the vibes!
I held him for a good 1/2 hr after his bath and he fell asleep, so I just put him back in his carrier on his heating pad for not. The othe four are sound asleep in the cage in a big kitten pile
- they look soooo sweet! I'll keep everyone updated on little Kolar.
