I went on my interview for the cabinet manufacturer, and they wanted to know when I could start. I said Wednesday. And here is why: I have an interview on Tuesday with my insurance company. My insurance agent forwarded my resume to one of his peers, and they had an opening! This is something that I have always been interested in as well. I told the lady that, and she understood that. So, the agency called me back to see how it went. The one girl who called was on another phone call, so the other girl came on the line and asked me how it went, blah blah blah. I told her as well, why I couldnt start til Wednesday. She went on to say that by that time, it may not be available. It seemed like she had a problem with me interviewing at another place!
I dont understand that! I sure as hell am not going to pass up this interview, either ....... My insurance agent did a great thing for me by passing on my resume.
