strange behavior

I've noticed that Oscar walks with an arched back all the time.
And lately he has been twitching some in his sleep. Just wondering if he is okay?

I think you need to get him to the vet - constant twitches are not a good sign...is he eating/drinking going to the loo normally?

Twitching in his sleep is absolutely normal and nothing to worry about - he's 'dreaming'. If you mean his back is arched ALL the time, though, that might need to be looked at.
