Hey, my kitten is almost about 10 weeks old, Her momma cat is one of our house cats and she had kittens, we gave the others to good homes but i deiceded to keep one. I know shes still young but she just doesnt like to be held much. Shes always had human contact since about 1 week old. Also she wont stop drinking from her momma cat. She eats dry food and drinks water but i still find her sucking from her momma ..In 2 days shes going to be coming on a airplane with me under my seat for a straight 5 hr flight and then she will be with me only for about 10 days, i hope she can create a bond with me during that time without her momma cat around for those 10 days.. any adivice about this whole situation??

Dry food is not appropriate for a 10 wk old cat and she's going to her mother for milk because that's what she needs and it's good for her. Kittens need to eat 3-4 times a day, and should have some good canned kitten food along with some dry... Kitten food is available at most stores and is formulated differently from food for 'adult' cats. But when she's a bit older, try a couple of different flavors of e.g. Fancy Feast, or something cats like and that's well balanced. She only has a couple of days to 'fatten up' on the proper stuff, so get going! Don't worry, she won't get fat - kittens are too active to worry about that and she needs more than she's getting now.
