Upset with neighbors

My neighbor usually is pretty good about taking care of her cats and has asked me to feed and water them if she goes away.

They had been fooling around with their "new to them" motorhome (1985) and she told me she would call if they left town.

Well, they left town and DIDN'T call to let me know. I went out last night about 8:00 pm to check and the motorhome was gone. Those cats would not have been fed and watered if I hadn't check on them last night. How many time do I have to explain to people that I flunked mind reading in high school?????

I'd be upset, too. In fact, I'd be furious with them. The cats are lucky that you're a conscientious neighbor.

Perhaps you are actually a mindreader. I am talking about the cat's minds that would not have been fed had it not been for your ability to read their minds and your kindness.
