Everyday, I look out of my office window at the most gorgeous tree. I love watching it turn green in spring and watching how each little leaf turns the tree into a magnificent sight outside... Today is the first day that I looked out and realised that it is almost completely golden yellow now and it's starting to drop it's leaves!
I also noticed the council have been overnight and put the little fairy lights on each branch so when the Christmas lights get switched on, the whole bare tree twinkles beautifully.
I don't know if I'm happy to see the lights in the tree and the leaves all starting to turn gold or if I'm upset because soon my tree will be bare and cold?
