So do you open it and tell us all what is inside or do you wait until Christmas?

I am opening mine as soon as I get it! I am no good at waiting to open things!

I have to admit, I will enjoy waiting to open unless there is something from a Snooping Santa or on the box that instructs me to open early (i.e. perishable goods inside). I spoiled my Christmas surprises once when I was a child by finding all of the presents and learned to appreciate the anticipation.

I will OPEN, OPEN, OPEN , but the person I am sending to can wait as long as they would like, although the anticipation of that could kill me. I can understand waiting until the holiday. Your SS gift is really kind of special. Someone that most likely has never met you has spent time thinking about you, getting to know you, and shopping for you. SS shopping for me takes longer and a lot more thought for me than other gifts I buy. I really try to get a good feel for the person I buy for.

Maybe I should turn over a new leaf this year and see if I can hold off opening?

Well my secret santa recipient is going to have to make a decision since I sent the package today! Of course, I have no idea if it will get there in a few days or a few weeks...

I'll probably wait to open mine, I'm pretty good at that...unless I'm instructed otherwise

I opened early last year but I think I'm going to hold out till Christmas Eve!

I'd definitely tease everyone by holding out...that's half the fun!

I will wait, but probably not until Christmas. I don't have any problem with opening a gift a few days ahead, just not weeks ahead. And I'll be shipping with that in mind, too, so that my recipient won't have weeks to wait if she wants to be patient, and won't be opening way ahead if she doesn't wait.

Me too! Me too! I sooooo cannot wait! And I want my SS to wait as long as they want but the suspense would drive me craaaaazy!!!!
