Suggestions please

I finally got a tv stand and it looks great, but because of the way it is made there is a 6 inch gap between the stand and the wall it is up against. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can fill that gap in with, I don't want my girls trying to get back there. Right now I have it blocked with a piece of wood held in place with a stereo speaker.

I not to sure what you could put there can you take a pic and then we can kind of get a feel what would look good there hard to say with out seeing ?

I don't have a digital camera, but I was thinking maybe a CD holder?
