Who Else Loves Rotel???

I'm about to heat up some Rotel in a minute and I'm just wondering who else out there loves the stuff? It's like a staple in our family! We all love the stuff! (for those of you who've never tried it, it's 1/2 pkg of velvetta (or store brand) cheese cut into squares and put into a plastic bowl - add 1 can of Rotel and microwave it for 5 minutes then stir and let it sit for a few minutes- then you eat it with tortilla chips (Rotel is a brand of mixed tomatoes and peppers that comes in a can at your local grocery store-it comes in mild, medium, hot, or some reallly hot version.) Who else LOVES Rotel?? I DO!!! mmmmmmmm cheese!

Never heard of "Rotel" but I do the same thing with Velveeta cubes, salsa, and a little milk. Nuke it in the microwave unti lits creamy and yummy and eat with tortilla chips...

I haven't had rotel dip in ages, not since I lived in Mississippi in the early 80s.

We used to get together for a night of card games (Uno, spoons, spades, etc) and rotel and beer

me! me! me! My family has always loved rotel dip. I believe rotel is actually diced tomatos with peppers. My mom used to make the rotel for us with tomatos from my dad's garden. YUM!

Yea! There are other rotel freaks out there too I'm soo excited
