Someone SHOT my cat today. She was an outside/inside cat. I didn't realize that letting her outside would kill her. She loved warm weather. It's been so nice here this weekend that I let her out to enjoy some fresh air. I was outside this morning and heard two gunshots very close to my house. I didn't really think anything of it since I live in the country. A little while later I see my cat struggling in the grass. Somone has shot her twice. I feel SOOO sick right now. What kind of sick person would do that to somone's pet????? I'm so sad, angry, and sick to my stomach to think that some asshole would be so heartless and cruel. I'm mad at myself for letting her out of my sight. My baby wouldn't have hurt a fly. She wasn't just a pet she was a member of my family. I just can't stop crying.

We are so sorry to hear about how your baby passed. Some people just don't care, don't know what they are shooting at, and unfortunately, some DO know what they are shooting at.

My heart goes out to you at this time! Poor Fluffy, she did not deserve this, and neither did you! Hugs to you as you deal with this tragedy!

This is terrible! Indeed it was a sick person who did that to your little one. My little Nena also was an inside/outside cat. She was only one year old and was attacked by three dogs and killed two weeks ago and I am still crying every day.

OMG!!!!!!! How horrible! Fluffy has gone on to a very beautiful place called the Rainbow Bridge, where she will know nothing but happiness, and no one will ever be able to hurt her again. And someday you and she will be reunited there for the rest of eternity...
