Well, we wanted to buy a jumbo pumpkin to get pics of the cats in them but with the pumpkin fungus this year we could only get semi-large ones, but we thought we'd give it a try.

*NOTE: No animals were harmed during this event, only 1 human suffered a torn t-shirt*

At first Escher wanted nothing to do with this activity

And then Mom figured out a way to almost take a good picture

And finally he gave up and got that "I hate you" look on his face

And then Phoebe walked in and immediately turned around, but she was too late!

She did much better than Escher for pictures, so we only took two more and then let them go, followed by some treats and later on a bath!

has anyone else done this with their cats? For as much as Escher hated getting his picture taken, everytime he gets the chance he's trying to climb back into the pumpkin!

haha thanks, we're trying to make it a Halloween tradition but I'm a little scared they'll figure it out and just hide from us once we buy pumpkins!

Those are really cute even though the models weren't totally cooperative
maybe next year the pumpkins will be bigger
