Seeing as it is 2 months till Christmas, I figured I would get in the spirit!

What does everyone bake for the Holidays?

Ever since I was a kid, my Mom has baked bags for all our friends and family and it has become well known that she makes the best treats around! She passed down all her recipes to me last year for me to start my own tradition.

I make pumkin spice loaf, banana nut bread, chocolate chip cookies, Crazy Aunt Kay's fudge, Grandma Tucky's Oatmeal cookies, Sugar and Spice Cookies, and fudge mounds.

My mom makes all that and also Pecan Tarts that are a family secret recipe. I won't be able to make them until my mom wills me the tins she makes them in. No other tart tins work, just these old ones my mom has.

I love this time of year when my apartment smells like Christmas even though it's 80 degrees! I can't wait till after Thanksgiving when I get to start my baking for all my friends down here!!!

That's what I can think of right now. I'm sure that I'll come up with more.
