My cat is Crazy

Oscar is crazy. He will meow to be petted and then when you do he claws and bits you. He will also bit at your ankles. He has this "race track" around the house and if you get in his way he attacks you.

Whenever he is in the Kitchen by himself he starts to meow like he is hurt, but when you go to see he attacks you. My boyfriend thinks he is bipolar. Can someone help me?

And this morning he bit my nipple

Has he been neutered?

no. we haven't got him neutred or declawed. Im don't think im going to get him declawed.
