My vet gave Shami an antibiotic to help with his sneezing and goopy eyes, and I've started giving it to him by holding him like a baby and sort of putting a small drop on right below his nose (in the little cleft), and he licks it up. I usually give him a good petting and a pounce treat afterwards. Today, I took out the little syringe and filled it up with the meds, and he immediately just looking at it started to lick at his nose. I just slowly started to put the meds where he was licking and he lapped it all up without me even holding him!
And I thought giving meds to cats was supposed to be hard.
