And you don't know where it is coming from??

Right now Trout is laying on me, and a waft of poo smell came near me...I looked at her butt..nothing..I looked at her paws..nothing...

Why does my cat smell like poo?!

YES!!!! I think sometimes they step in it and don't clean it off good enough.Either that,or they let out a fart.

Kitty poofs! That's what we call em here when a kitty lets one go

Reilly is notorious for them. She'll clear a room in a hearbeat... including herself

In Steelers Country!
We've had the problem too.
We finally figured out that our Lizzie is just a farter

Trouts mom, this is off topic but I have to say that Trout is adorable.
She could be our Annabelle's twin.

Yep. You smell it and assume that they're in their litter box finishing up, but no...asleep or just curled up somewhere near you tooting away...

Although the WORST is when Anya waits until 1 minute before we have company and does use her litter box and stinks up the whole apartment. I just love greeting guests with, "Welcome, come on in but please try to ignore the poo smell still resonating in the air. That's our kitten. Yes, we lit a match already..."

They like to do it right before my mom comes over. She's always been a stickler about smelling the litterbox. I'm like "I swear mom, we JUST cleaned the littebox and apparently they weren't happy with us for doing it so they told us what they thought"

And it never fails, you get the litter box clean and they go in and leave a nice smelly pile for you to clean again.
These 5 smell sooooooooooo bad, I tell DH even he doesn't smell that bad.

I know!! Who'd a thunk it was Daisy. Annabelle is usually the stinky one
Her butt is so fuzzy because her hair is kinda long that when she gets out of the box sometimes she brings a little "present" with her

I know there's a disk here somewhere with pictures of all the girls on it.
I'll have to search through the disks and then posts the pictures.
