I've gotten so many requests for pics of our newly remodeled bathroom that I thought I'd post some. King Nut Jerry did all the work, and it took longer than I'd have liked, but I'm proud of him. We live in a very small house and our bathroom is small, but I call it cozy.......pics are hard to take in there, but I'll do my best to show you guys!

These are the before pics........the floor was coming up, the surround/laminate on the walls and around the tub was ugly and chipping, just awful!!

We had to literally pull out the drywall.......no other way to get the laminate crap off!

This is pretty much what it looks like now, after 3 weeks. There is a towel shoved in the hole in the wall. That is where the laundry shoot door will go. Just have to put that up yet. of course the towel is there because I have a nosy Tiggy who's always trying to jump in there.

It's looking great! So much better than having to use the porch anyways.

I have a question - won't the laundry land in the toilet?

No, it starts there and ends up in the basement!

Um, wouldn't you rather have a laundry "chute"?

Does Jerry hang his razor up that high so you won't use it?

They're called "shoots" here in Ohio smarty pants!
Yes, he puts his razor up there so I won't use it.......but mostly so we can keep ours seperated........(I still sneak a use in once in a while)

You think that's bad!! When the realitor was showing us the house and he mentioned the laundry shoot, I says to him, "Well why in the
would I wants to shoot my laundry?"

Your new bathroom looks great, Susie! I wish I had a Jerry around here to do things like that for me. You must so proud of him. The most I can get Jim to do is take out the garbage and thats pushing it.

We had a laundry chute in our hallway but as we have a suspended ceiling where the laundry came out-anyhow it was a dumb setup and we drywalled a patch over the chute!!
It looks really nice alot better that before...so whats the next project???
