"Cat's Pee..." wine, it was good!

We had "Cat's Pee on a Gooseberry Bush" wine last night. A friend left it here this summer, and purchase of the bottle benefits the SPCA somehow. Has anybody else heard of this? It's a New Zealand wine.

Never heard of it, but I have to say the name of the wine would turn me off. I would imagine what the REAL thing smells like, and I would find it hard to drink it.

It seems like the wine is for a good cause since it goes to help your local SPCA....I just couldn't bring myself to drink it though.....i also couldn't bring myself to eat a "litter box cake" that some people make......

Yup. Good one. There are lots of wines out there now with wacky names -- some of them QUITE good.
