Ooohhh its yummy!

I posted the recipe in the cookbook thread - but all you do is put english muffins in the bottom of a pan, with shredded cheese on top of that, then about 6 eggs scrambled, with sausage and bacon cut up on top of that... then shredded hasbrowns, topped off with more bacon and sausage and then MORE cheese! Its really good, and it'll feed me and John for about a week

Leftovers.
Last night I grilled up 4 sirloins that had marinated 24 hours in teriyaki sauce.
I stir fried onions, garlic, fresh chives, carrots and snow peas and then simmered them in the teriyaki sauce, added two teaspoons of cornstarch to thicken, and served it all on steamed jasmine rice.

When I get home I'm starting a homemade spaghetti sauce which should be finishing up by the time Brian gets home from work. I use a basic tomato sauce base, ground beef, onions, mushrooms, orange bell peppers (my favorite part), red wine, garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and a bay leaf or two.

Then I'll spoon it over noodles and serve it with garlic bread! I think we have some ice cream drumsticks in the freezer for dessert too.

No wonder I've gained 20 pounds in the year we've been married!!
