A face only a cat lover could love

I had to share this picture with you all. This guy is at the shelter where I volunteer. I took this picture for their website's adoption page. This is Louie, who was trapped during a TNR sweep, and was found to be FIV+, so could not be returned. After he acclimated, they found out that he wasn't feral at all, but a stray. You can tell by looking at him that he's had it very, very rough. His tongue hangs out because he is missing teeth. He was several years old when trapped and neutered, so his head and neck are enormous! You can tell he's been at the losing end of a few fights. But you know what? A sweeter cat doesn't exist. I really hope someone comes along soon to give him a good home. Here's Louie:

Oh Kelly I don't know how you people even work there, I would be crying all the time. He's a doll Bless his little Heart. I hope he finds someone to Love him.Everytime I see one that looks sad or had that tuff life or neglected I just want to cry, I couldn't do it, Bless you for being a good kind hearted person to care enough, I care enough I just couldn't do it.

He may have been through the wars, but boy does he have character!! I'll bet he's a sweetie, and what stories he must have to tell!

What a goofy looking boy!!! And to still be a sweetheart shows he has a heart of gold! If I was looking for a cat and came across him, I would adopt him in a second - he's obviously dealt well with a hard life, and deserves a lot of TLC.

He's a doll!!! I really hope someone adopts him! He deserves to have a loving family to give him lots of love and cuddles!

Oh bless his heart ... I would have him in a heartbeat if I could. He deserves a warm sun spot, a never-endingly full food bowl and a quiet, peaceful existance for the rest of his days. I hope just the right special someone comes along for him very, very soon.

It hurts to imagine the terror and pain that Louie suffered before he was rescued.
I pray that a good hearted person will give him a forever, loving home.
