My 12 yr old cat has a rough, low meow and she is sneezing a little, somehwat lethargic and a little hunched over...I know I need to taker her to the vet, but do you think she has any real health problems? I just don't want her to be really sick...

yes if a cat is acting lethargic its always a big issue. please take her to the vet ASAP.
You're right, you do need to take her to the vet. I know you're worried that it's something serious - hopefully it isn't, but only the vet can determine that for sure.
