recipe and what cooking site is it from??

You can only list ONE (1) recipe!!!

All these people raving about their favorite sites (me included
) got me thinking... thought it would be kinda fun
... maybe in the end we can have a poll to pick the top one

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
I'll bite... though my faves aren't from sites mostly... I have a ton of cookbooks and some of my mom's recipes... I usually print mine out and put them in my binder with all my other saved recipes... I was flipping through my binder and was reminded of this one... subtle, but a nice twist to normal scrambled eggs. My only change is that instead of water I use milk, because that's how I grew up making scrambled eggs. Makes 'em fluffier and lighter...

Actually, I always used to use milk until I worked with a chef one time and he used water. He made the lightest, fluffiest omelets I had ever eaten. I made one for my then roommate's boyfriend and after that he would always ask for me to make his omelet instead of her.

I saw the thread, it was just deciding on the favorite....

I decided on the White chili surprise at foodnetwork.com

I found it looking for white chili recipes after hearing george on seinfeld order white chili in the "soup nazi" episode.

My family's recipe for Cassata - which I think I submitted for this new edition of the TCS cookbook (can someone check for me??)

If I didn't, I'll email it to anyone who likes time consuming but to die for Italian speciality cakes
