Fess Up! What do you really do when you're bored????

I come on here. Nap. Read. Sometimes I bake. The thought of cleaning cures me of all booredness! I'd wrather do a lot of stuff than clean!

Bored? What's bored?

I will read these lists and wish I had time to be bored... and wish I had time to sleep...

But when I do have a spare minute I'm probably playing with Zissou or watching shows I've DVRed.

do stuff with skin kids
Surf TCS
play with the kits
read books
talk on the phone
the only time I watch tv is Thursdays nights for Greys Anatomy and ER.

-Check TCS
-Check Myspace, or re-do my whole page
-Tidy up the apartment
-Light candles, re-decorate
-Call my mom/grandma/aunts about 100 times, or talk on the phone with them for hours.... I love that part!
-Go to the YMCA
-Call friends - go out, if I have money
-Shop
-SLEEP! Thats my favorite

well when at work, read TCS, Read a book,
at home,
hmmm dont have time to get bored really,when home.
always have games, cats, books, and of course the wife.

I don't get to get bored to often either.I'm a Mom first--for skin and fur kids,wife next and Tammy last.

My list in no particular order, it just depends on my mood while I'm bored, and how well I feel:

Cross Stitch
Cook
Clean
Watch TV or movie (usually Lord of the Rings)
Play with my kitties
Work on my website
Do computerized graphics
Read
Get some much needed sleep which I lack most of the time

Play on the internet
Take the dogs out, clicker with them
Bother the cat
Cut up paper
Watch loads of TV

Bother the cat That's a good one, and about same here I guess!!

It's been a while since I was "bored" now that I'm studying - now I just procrastinate

When I truly have nothing to do I'll:

Nap with the kitties - that's my favourite! I can have a 3 hour afternoon nap easily, and still sleep all night!
Read a book (and generally fall asleep after the second page...)
Do some scrapbooking
Surf the internet
And now I'm looking forward to doing lots of siggy's and learning about other image manipulation once this semester of uni is finished!

Usually I don't have time to be bored, but when I do, I like to go and bounce on the trampoline or read a book. Sometimes it's raining and I have nothing to read, so then I wander around the house opening and closing cupboards, if they're full-length I sort of hang off them and swing for a while. Then I make myself do something, usually practice flute/piano. That Fur Elise is driving me MAD!!!!!!!!!!

I'm too busy to be bored

Lately ive been bored!

So ive been hanging on tcs a bit more, played computer games and annoyed the heck out of the kitties!

*check out the forums I belong to
*shop online for things I want to buy (but most times add them to my wish list - lol, I have a page up on the web so I can see what I want to buy myself)
*watch TV - we have a DVR so I have a lot of shows taped
*play with the kitties
*work out
*work on something creative (like a new website or something)
*write in my journal

1. Hang around TCS - when all of you are asleep!
2. Sleep
3. Read
4. Hassle the cats
5. Swim

God, I sound so boring!

I do only 2 things:

Watch hours of boring tv
Surf online and mostly on TCS



Thats it!!

I never clean when I'm bored because all my cleaning jobs are specifically for certain days of the week...so usually I'm cleaning anyway.

Take a nap
Scrapbook...
watch tv
surf the net
play with Monkey...

My typical thing to do when I'm bored at home is to eat; I'm trying to unlearn this bad habit, so I'm trying to find other things to do instead: clean, hand-wash my delicates, bother the cats, go for a walk, re-arrange the closet, that sort of thing. I can't read a book, watch TV or play on the computer when I'm feeling bored, because those are all activities I associate with snacking, so if I'm already bored and feeling the urge to munch, reading a book won't distract me enough that I won't go forage for something to eat. So far I've been good, but it's very, very hard.
