All my cats have a very healthy and shiny fur. But now I noticed that Maya was trying to pull out fur from her lower back. When I look carefully I can find a dollar-size just right before her tail begins; There are scabs on it, and it looks very dry. My vet saw it and said not to worry; but I want to know what it is, and if I can do something about it, I will!!
Maya loves to play in our garden, there are lots of flowers, bushes and trees. She got meds to prevent fleas recently, and she is updated on her yearly shots too. She got ringworm from her sister Zazou one year ago (Zazou brought it with her from the shelter
. But that is all cured!
