73 cats/kittens spayed/neutered at Alley Cat Allies clinic

It was awesome!! We had maybe 10-15 males and the rest were females...so that is 58-63 females that cannot add to the overpopulation.

Awesome job, Katie!
i went to the Myrtle Beach humane shelter, and visited the 200 cats there, and talked to the director about the great, great need of spay/neuter. We humans domesticated cats and dogs, and we need to be wise stewards to them.
BTW, do these clinics use temporary volunteers to help?? Even the thought of 10 a day is mind boggling for me; how on earth do you all do it

Hooray! I have been a witness to what 1 cat can do to the overpopulation and when you think of what those 60some females could have produced (about 200 kittens!!) its wonderful to hear that they will no longer contribute to the population of pets.
