Ooooh I forgot about Hannah... that's so pretty!

Edit: Hey!! I like the sound of Hannah Payton King... I wonder how Chad feels about Hannah

I'm not crazy about a lot of traditional names. And I like to spell names in a very non-traditional way anyhow.

I always liked the idea of naming my first daughter Genesis Michelle (Genesis because she'd be the first and she could go by Jenny). I also love the name Caedynce Renee' (first name pronounced Kay-dense) and then I've also come up with Christia Maye.

For boys, I've always loved the name Jaedyn (pronounced Ja-den) paired with Zephaniah (from the bible) for the middle name. I also like the names Kaleb, Jordan, and Christian

When I was little I really loved Ninja Turtles, so if I ever have four boys their names are going to be Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael.

I was preggers with my second child while living in Charleston SC. So many kids were named Ashley and Cooper (pronounce cupper) after the major rivers...so I said if I had a girl, I'd name her after another local river, the Wapoo. And if I had a boy, I was going to name him after a ship called the Al Yemamma.
(I worked in shipping at the time!)

DH had ds's name picked out from the time dh was 16 y/o-Shane. And I always loved the name Elizabeth Rose for a girl, but have two girls and no Elizabeth, unless you count my niece.

I pretty much picked out the names while pregnant for the kids...

Both are family names for me. I have a cousin Nick (spelled Nicholas) and Angelo is my Grandfather. I want my son to have some sort of Italian/Greek name and honor my Grandfather. My cousin is just lucky I like his name! (But not his spelling!)

I love names. It's so interesting to play with meanings and sounds.

I also have an easier time picking boy names because of my son and looking for boy's name previously and I ;ike T names to go with my son, Telaryn's name. It's a family tradition to have 2 middle names....like mine is Kallie and then grandmother 1's name then grandmother 2's name and then last name, so our names are always long.

For Boys:

Trystin orTristan
Tynan
Trynt
Tyrell
River
Payton
Gabriel
Lucius

For Girls:

Taya
Tahirah
Taliyah
Talisha
Teagan
Telyn
Cheyanne or Shyanne
Shyloh

Nice name choice!
Maybe our kids should go to school together so they can have a bit of an 80's theme?

I've also considered Lion-O, Tygra, Cheetara and Panthro (more if I have more) so I can stand at the door at tea time and shout 'Thundercats HO'me'

I chose my kids names while i was pregnant. My daughter is Leah and she would've been benjamin if she was a boy, my eldest son is Ashley and he would've been Ashleigh if he was a girl and my youngest son is Euan and would've been Daniella-marie if he was a girl.

I already have both of my kids but when I was pregnant the first time I had Melissa picked out if it was a girl. "Joseph" was born 9/9/88. He is named after his father and his father before him. I really had no choice in the matter...lol

With my second child I had a hard time deciding on her name. I think we finally pick it out about a month before she was born. We settled on his great grandmothers name and my great grandmothers name. Genevieve Grace was born 10/21/90.

We found about a month after she was born that his great grandmothers name was actually Genevie not Genevieve but it was kinda late...lol

Yup - Maxine is a name that runs in the family - it was my great grandma's, my great aunt, my mom and then me - so I'll of course pass it down to my daughter someday too. I love it! Its something you don't see everyday, thats for sure.
