Visiting neighbours

Midnite just love my neigbour, and my neigbour hates him. How can I stop Midnite from visiting them?? I hope that someone can give me an answer as I do not know what to do anymore....:

Keep him inside all the time or only let him out when you can watch him. Other then that if you let him roam he will go where ever he pleases.
