So my little Tessy girl has had these marks on her face since July. We've been to the vet a number of times, and had a steroid cream, antibiotics, some blue crud, and a ringworm test. Nothing has really worked, or if it does start to work she just scratches the be-jesus out of it until it's raw again. I don't know what to do with the girl.

This is getting to be very frustrating of a problem here. I don't like seeing her hurt and injured, but on the other hand she's doing it to herself. The vet thinks at this point either she is depressed/anxious when we're not home, or it's a skin allergy. Very different problems.

Any thoughts from the residents on how I can get her to calm down.

I'd change her food and change your vacuum cleaner. This subject is discussed pretty thoroughly under 'allergy' headings.
