I think the kittens will be black, or possibly blue (not sure how the dilute gene that causes the blue color works so I'm not totally sure about that color..)

As for the fur length I think it depends on whether the father is carrying a gene for long hair. If he is shorthaired and is not carrying a gene for long hair the kittens should all be shorthaired. If he is carrying a gene for long hair then some of the kittens should be longhaired I think (I'm not an expert at genetics so I could be wrong!)

Basically you will get all black kittens.

IF: dad is a dilute carrier you can get both black and blue.
IF: dad is a colorpoint carrier you can get seal point and blue pt (if he also is carrying dilute).

You would get all shorthair (dominate) unless dad also has the recessive longhair gene - then you'd get about 50/50 on long and short hair.

White is separate - and only shows up IF one or both of the parents are all white - otherwise you won't get white kittens.

If you do have "white" kittens when born, then those kittens will wind up as colorpoints (colorpoints are born white). Then again, its also possible if you get any other color then the black/blue or seal/blue points, that mom mated with more then one male.

If you are sure she only mated with the black tom you will only get what I posted at the beginning.

I don't know if they have been born yet, but I bet solid black and solid grey (or blue if thats what it's called)
There was a purebred blue point ragdoll surrendered and we were told that the father was black. And she had 4 gray and 2 black, all medium -longhaired and one shoethaired. so mabey you can get both long and short. the male must have been a polydactyl or a carrier of it, because two of them were polys.
I hope you let us know wont ya?
