Had to share with you guys. I'm trying to lower my cholestoral, and I read that munching on walnuts was good. SO, I've been putting a few in my oatmeal in the mornings........well, I had some cottage cheese with dinner last night and thew a small handful in there too! Not bad!!

I like to munch on slivered almonds as an after dinner snack, as they are one of the best for lowering cholesterol. You just have to watch out for fat content. It's good fat, but too much good fat can make you bad fat.
