I sleep through the night now as long as I take my amnitripaline pill (sp). Befor that the cat yawning in another room would wake me up. I also have to read for a bit befor I fall asleep.
For years I hardly slept and never dreampt and since I have been on the new meds I have dreams all the time its a wiers sensation

Do you sleep through the night? No, I don't. I'm an incredibly light sleeper; I wake up at the slightest sound, or if a light is turned on nearby (like a car's lights in the next door parking lot), or if I smell something strange, or whatever. I also have to get up to go to the bathroom several times during the night, but now that I've made a conscious effort to not have anything to eat or drink past 8pm, I'm finding this to be less of a problem for me. (It's really funny, though, because during the day I very rarely need to use the washroom. It's like my bladder shrinks ten sizes during the night!
)

Do you need anything to help you fall asleep, such as reading, watching tv, a snack, etc....? I have a noise maker that sits on my bedside table; it has multiple sound settings, like running water, white noise, the ocean or even a heartbeat. I take it with me whenever I expect to be sleeping over someplace because I cannot sleep without some kind of white noise in the background -- even the sound of myself breathing distracts me!

I used to sleep through the night, but when we moved to the apartment we're in now I started waking up to the sound of garbage trucks a few mornings a week.

Then when we got Anya I really stopped sleeping through the night. She likes to sleep on my legs, so when I shift I wake up. Plus she usually decides around 6:00 am that she wants to be petted. If you don't she bites!

If she's not on me she's lying on hubby's chest licking his stubble and then rubbing her face on it to clean herself (yes, he can somewhat sleep through this...) and purring like a freight train.

The only things I require to fall asleep is darkness, covers, and my feather pillow.

Sleep is one thing that never gives me the least bit of trouble. I believe that I could probably sleep standing up, if I had something comfy to lean on. I don't really remember the sleeping part, but I love going to sleep, and hate waking up, so the sleeping must be pretty good!

In my military days, I slept between two aircraft bombs on a bomb trailer, I slept in the back of an old USMC "6x6" truck on a gravel road, when there was a road...and once, in South Korea, I slept on the wing of a korean F-5 fighter plane. A korean tech sergeant woke me up and said "get off...or hang on! This thing is leaving!"

I usually wake up to roll over/cover up. So I'm not awake more than a few seconds. I usually fall asleep listening to the Bible on DVD. (Can't see the TV without my glasses, so I just listen!)

Movin' on up!
I usually wake up between 1 and 3, to go to the bathroom and I take melatonin, to help me sleep. This morning, I had to get up at 1 and turn off the fan - I was COLD!

Well I usually go to bed around 12:30-1:30. I usually fall asleep right away. Normally I have to get up at 5 and go to work but then I can go back to sleep there until 9 when I have to wake up Kaidence. So I usually sleep pretty sound.

I usually sleep till about 5-6 in the morning, that's when Brandon gets up because he's hungry. So I nurse him and he goes right back to bed for a couple of hours.

I usually have no problems falling asleep. When I do it's usually because my back hurts really bad so I take a percocet to help get rid of the pain and to help me sleep.

Do you sleep through the night?-nope, i am very light sleeper, that is why i sleep with a fan on year around. Even a change in smells will wake me up, perfume, cooking, paint,

Do you need anything to help you fall asleep, --- if i have not had a enough sleep in a few days, i will take some tyonal pm or my pain pills(that i very seldom take) that they gave me for my broken back

No, I don't sleep through the night either!
My knee tends to give me trouble when it feels uncomfortable and I end up waking numerous times.

I try not to take anything to help me sleep, but often I have to take cocodamol to help with the pain!
