I crate my fosters sometimes when they have tiny babies, so the crate stays in their room. However, the doors are all open, and the cats seem comfortable running in and out. So don't feel sorry for the kitty in the cage!

Actually, you're not alone. I also have a "Z" kitty...and there are quite a few others on TCS as well.
One of my former fosters was renamed Ulysses(doesnt know if that counts).

Aww thankyou! That was take at a Petco Haloween Fundraiser for one of the animal shelters I volunteer with about 2 years ago. She was the only kitty there that day- everyone brought their dogs and dressed them up lol- it was adorable! But since my Velvet is soo good in crowds/ public- I took her and she was our "mascott" that day. You can't have a fundraiser for a no-kill feline rescue without at least one kitty there
your will looks so sweet on that rug! I believe my nephews have a similar rug in their room!
