If water works, and that is how lots of people make it, skim will absolutely work! Water has no fat in it - it's just that the liquid adds volume, making for fluffier eggs. If you don't like milk, try adding the same amount of water that you would use milk, and you may find it comes out great!Originally Posted by PurrPaws
