Rationalizing Chocolate

Chocolate is a Vegetable


Chocolate is derived from cocoa beans.
Bean = vegetable.
Sugar is derived from either sugar cane or sugar BEETS.

Both of them are plants, in the vegetable category.
Thus, chocolate is a vegetable.

To go one step further, chocolate candy bars also contain milk,
which is dairy. So candy bars are a health food.

Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries
all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.

Remember: "STRESSED" spelled backward is "DESSERTS"

Thats very funny, is there much need to rationalize chocolate for humans?

(just to be sure everyone knows: chocolate is a big no-no for dogs)

I got that one in an e-mail one time, and I really liked it! Any excuse for chocolate is a good one!

My favorite coffee mug (other than my cat ones) has the following 15 excuses for eating chocolate:

Chocolate? I thought this was broccoli.

My wombat colects the wrappers.

Mr. Ed gave it to me and I never look a gift horse in the mouth.

This just in: new KitKat bars on the market; Dark chocolate and white chocolate.

I don't like white chocolate but, the dark ones are wonderful! My assistant manager was stocking the new ones, last night and bought some for Amy and me. (He's the one who's always mooching my dark Hershey's kisses.) I bought some, to bring home. Employee discounts are wonderful - I pay, only 64 cents apiece. I may have the boss order a whole box, for me.

KitKats are my absolute favorite candy bars in the world, AND dark chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate!!!

I will be in heaven!!!!!!! They better get them in where I live, before I have the baby, because afterwards, I will be on a big diet.

I haven't had a kit-kat in ages. I used to eat them ALL the time. I'm gonna have to pick some of the new ones up when I go to the gorcery store next. Thanks for the info!

I have, already made inquiries into buying them, by the box. They are supposed to be a limited edition. Tucson may be a test market for them. If not, I'll got to every Walgreen's in town and buy up all that they have. We'll have a KitKat orgy!

If Tucson is the only place that has them, you'd better at least send me one!! :laughing:
