My practice pumpkin!!

We are going to have a contest this year to see who carves the best pumpkin. I decided to try one this weekend! Here is what I got!!



I just thought the little guy was cute! Its like a little devil with candy corn for horns!!

Wow! You have an amazing talent. I can't even cut out the eyes right. How do you do it?

I used a template in one of the pumpkin masters books. Plus they inclue tools and stuff so all you really do it connect the dots while cutting the pattern out!! Trust me that is not talent!! There is a reason I did a practice pumpkin!! Last year mine fell apart!!

Thanks!! They are really easy! We bought some for the contest that cast shadows! You carve both sides of the pumpkin. I really hope they turn out!!

Those things are cool! We do that every year as well, except we may skip this year since we are moving this weekend.... but if we do, I'll take pics too!
