Any Freelance Graphic Designers out there?

I was thinking about starting to do some freelance graphic design projects in my area. But I don't know how to start, pricing, advertising, etc. Anyone do this kind of thing? If so, how did you start, what do you charge, any advice?

I do some freelanch graphic design. If I were you, I'd start out making a website with your portfolio, and tell what you offer as well as show some examples of what you can do. You'll get lots of experience, and the chance that your design wins, which can bring you some pretty decent money.
