Cheyenne loosing first molar

Cheyenne is trying to pull her first molar out!!! she wont let me touch it lol last time she had a loose tooth i asked her to look at it and oops it just came out in my hand lol now she wont let me mess with them but SHE WONT PULL IT HERSELF!!!!!! its barely hangin there!!!!!!!!
