I drink both. I like coffee more in the winter it seems. I've been drinking tea most of the summer at work. Having tea is a regular family event at every visit to my Grandparents house. (Not a proper tea though.)

Speaking of tea, there is a tea room near here I am dying to check out. My mom and I want to go to thier Christmas tea.

Tea, tea and sometimes for a change, tea! I absolutely hate coffee.........and when I say tea, I mean real tea, not that iced stuff! I am a Tetley tea lover!

I drink both.

I'm not human unless I have a cup of coffee in the mornings. DH knows not to talk to me before I am at least half way through. Around 4:30 I will switch to tea. This depends on my mood. Right now I am drinking a wonderful red tea that has a lot of spice to it. But, I have a whole area in my house just devoted to tea making and different types of tea.

How do I take it?

Coffee with soy milk

Tea straight up, maybe some lemon if I'm feeling fancy.

I like tea, but don't actually drink it that often. Coffee is a horse of a different colour, though. Every morning, while I check email before I go to work, and another in the office -- oh, and weekends with brunch. Occasionally after a nice dinner. Black at home, because I can't be bothered to buy cream. Cream and sugar is good, too.

I drink Chai Tea. I don't like tea that tastes like tea, but tea that tastes like desert is for me. Chai Tea is like the nector of the gods to me.

I like both. I drink more coffee then tea lately. Maybe because I can get it easier then tea when I'm at work. I do love a good Chai tea though. YUMMY!

Coffee for sure. I have 2-3 cups in the morning- good Kona coffee from Hawaii.
I don't care for the taste of most kinds of tea. If I'm at a Chinese restaurant I'll drink the tea. The taste is better than standard teas.

I love coffee (especially iced), but right now I am sooo into hot Earl Grey tea with local honey! OMG!

Cheers, from
SwampWitch

p.s. HOW TO MAKE ICED TEA: Native Texan here, and the only way to make iced tea, IMHO, is sun tea. If you make iced tea in a pot, you HAVE to let it cool to room temperature before chilling it... if you don't, it'll be bitter!

p.p.s. COFFEE THAT SMELLS BAD is usually made in a dirty coffeemaker. A clean coffeemaker, with filtered water, and a fine coffee, can be a very beautiful thing.

Tea with a bit of honey....plain green tea with honey is my FAVORITE and not a day goes by without it.

Coffee irritates my tummy and I can't handle the amount of caffeine in coffee. Green tea is just about as much caffeine as I can handle.

I've never been a real coffee drinker. When I was working I would have 1 large mug in the morning and that was it. On my days off or when I worked evenings I didn't have any.

Then I started to notice that I got "palpatations" and noticed that it was on days I had coffee. So I stopped drinking coffee altogether.

I drink Tetley Tea. I like strong tea so I use one of those large travel mugs and put 2 tea bags into it and fill it with 2 cups of water and some milk, and leave the bags in there while I drink the tea.

When I go grocery shopping I do treat myself to a large Starbucks gourmet iced coffee. The Mocha Frappachino. Usually only once a month but this month I've had 2 already!

I'm a tea snob, I love darjeeling tea, and sencha (japanese green tea). Won't drink tea made fom tea bags (has to be loose leaf) and I won't even think to destroy the flavor with any sugar or milk. My "tea bill" is ~$40 monthly, for 1 can each of tea leaves and the electricity bill to run my hot water dispenser
. American coffee is disgusting
. I do enjoy having espresso though, especially after a meal, or coffee outside of America (Japan, Italy, UK). I like my espresso straight up with healthy crema most of the time, but occasionally I'll have it with a small bit of whipcream in the morning.
