OK. So I last week I officially started infertillity drugs. I've been crying on and off for days. I've also been cranky and picking fights with my husband. I was warned that this could be difficult for me with the bouncing hormones and all, but no way was I prepared to feel like this. I haven't even been wearing makeup because I just cry it off an hour later. Has anyone else here gone the drug route for infertillity? Is it normally this horrible? I don't think I have ever been so emotional.....
I just keep telling myself, it's for a baby, it's for a baby......

I remember the guy at work here, talking about how his wife moods seemed to bounce around after she started taking infertillity drugs. Sometimes she would be crying or yelling at him and the dogs..Being a guy i of course cant relate to the issue here in terms of my own moods. Just wanted to tell you, that also from what
Dave told me, that seems to be the way it goes.

Also if helps, she was only on them for a short period of time before baby was on the way.

i hope that it all comes out well for you.

Oh no!! One of my friends/coworkers has been trying or a baby for 14 months and already is VERY emotional about not getting prego yet...She will most likely be starting fertility drugs soon....Does this mean I have MORE emotions to look forward to?? Eeeeeeeeeeeeek!

This is already a tough thing for you I am sure. And on top of everything you are having uncontrollable mood swings and crying fits! I have no advice for you on this one but I will offer and ear and a shoulder whenever you should need it! And I have my
that you have a baby very soon and can stop taking these drugs!

Nuh uh...might give me away!
Awww, I'm sorry to hear that!!! If it makes you feel any better, I'm not taking infertility drugs and without antidepressants, I'm exactly like you describe (basically, I'm just saying that naturally I'm like that...).

It's amazing my fiance put up with me for three years before I got help.

I am sorry you are going through this. It sems that the people that want them most seem to have the hardest time having them.
2 girls that I work with are going through fertility treatments, and they had to watch another one going through a healthy 3rd pregnancy and deliver a beautiful baby girl in about 2 hours. It was tough to watch, I cannot imagine how it must have felt.
