My landlords (who we are leasing to own from) came over tonight to pay us for fixing the roof. We sat and talked for about an hour when my 8 yr old came running from the backyard saying "mom! We have termites!" We walked around the back and sure enough, there were droppings on the windowsill. The landlords said they were going to go ahead and have it treated for us... for free...even though we're buying the house..
Apparently they had a problem with them a few years ago and thought they had it taken care of so they are going to pay for it.
We might have to leave for a couple of days for the tenting but I think I talked them into doing the Sentricon treatment so we won't have have to pack up this zoo and leave
