I actually have one of these. I bought it for my pug when she was a baby. I ended up giving it to my SIL and she used it for the cat. It has a ring inside that you can attach to a harness so they can't get away. It also has a drawstring so you can tighten it up. My SIL really liked it for her cat.

I just ordered one of those yesterday from Petco for $16.19.
There was a post on here a while back about using pet pockets, (carriers), and I have used a baby sling for my cats in the past.

I thought one of these would be ideal to have on hand.
