Hey thanks everyone. I can't believe I missed this thread. Steph, I could have used one of your PM alerts on this one! Just goes to show you how much I am in denial and was hoping the birthdays would stop!

Actually my birthday ended up being a little spread out. We celebrated on the weekend since my birthday was on a Monday and I get up at 2:30 A.M. to get ready for work during the week. The Friday before, my daughter took me to a spa for a microdermabrasion treatment on my face. It was very nice and something I wouldn't do for myself. Then on Saturday, both the girls took me to Lonestar for dinner and we went for a photographic outing in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was great! Later, daughter Rachel and I went shopping, spent lots of money and then came home. I bought myself a few new tops, which were much needed. I've lost a lot of weight and don't have much that fits me any longer. Rachel got me a new entertainment center for my living room. My old one was sagging and pretty pittiful looking.

Thanks again for all the well wishes and happy thoughts. I appologize for missing the thread. I'm not ungrateful.... just not paying attention! Well, I WAS taking care of a small kitten at the time too!

Oh yeah... I'll post some of the canyon pics in a few minutes.
