Hello All,
My name is Patrick, I have a three year old American short hair named Cosmo.
Cosmo's original name was 302. I had given him a number instead of a normal name. I figured if Prince could have a symbol instead of a name then I could give my cat a number.
Two years ago I went to the animal shelter, looked at all the cats; some had already been adopted, and others were too young or too sick to be adopted. The ones that were available all seemed nice; they were pawing at the cage doors, and vocalizing. I approached this one cage, it had a cat that was taking a nap in the back. When I tapped on the cage door he lifted his head and gave me a look that said "Get lost buddy, I'm sleeping over here." He put his head down and went back to his nap. That was the cat for me! Cage #302
Since then, he's been a very affectionate cat; not a fussy eater, doesn't care what litter I put in his box, and doesn't scratch the furniture. He's purrrrrrrrrrrfect.
