Well it has been a week and a half since Meggie was found. Everyone in the family loves her and yes the is no doubt that we are keeping her. We are still keeping her away from our cat since she is still so small. I brought in the postage scale from the studio and weighed her yesterday. She is all of 1lb. 1.6 ozs. It's hard to tell if she has grown much since she is with me almost all the time. She takes any where from 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of formula at a feeding and I started offering her kitten food that I moistened with formula today but she wasn't interested. I still have to stimulate her to go potty. She pees as soon as you touch her but it is hard to get her to do the other. I have been mixing the formula according to the directions but her movements seem very solid and she doesn't always go everyday no matter how much I massage her tummy and anal area. Someone told me to add a little yogurt to one of her bottles each day and I am doing that now. According to the vet she should be around four to five weeks old now. When do they start going on their own? I've read that if the vet got her age right she should be doing so now.

She has become more coordinated. She was very wobbly when we first got her and now walking around quite well. She even runs in short bursts and yesterday discovered she could pounce. She spent over a half hour pouncing on everything, even her shadow. She is now showing interest in toys and climbing so I guess she is doing well.

Our little dog loves her to death and has become her best friend. She kisses her little face when ever she see her and brings her toys to play with. I had to laugh at our big dog. We had Meggie on the floor playing and our cat came in and hissed. Steamer, our dog is a gentle soul and got up and stood in front of the cat and blocked her from entering near the kitten. He may not like her but he will protect her. Kayla our cat is getting used to Meggieâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s scent in the house on own us. She no longer hisses at any of us when she smells Meggie so I am sure in time all will go well.

You all helped me so much and I just wanted to update you on how things are going. Thank you again for all your help and support.
Here are some updated pictures of the little fur ball!
