A Wulf Stove(or other high end brand of stove with range and grilltop-with electric and gas)! Those are absolutely wonderful, I love them!

Also, more realistically, a big food processor! I want one everytime I watch the Food Network!

I am right there with ya Katie!!! It makes it so easy to let them pile up, cause you worked all day, then you cooked dinner, and now you gotta wash the dishes.....
oooooooh, it can wait till tomorrow!!!
And my SIL complains about dishes & she has a dish washer & a garbage disposal!!! When I go over to her house I always take whatevers in the sink & load it up in the dishwasher....just to be able to use it! (and she's in college to be a nurse, working 2 pt jobs, pregnant with a high risk pregnancy, and has a 2 yr old....so I try to help her out when ever I can

I was going to run to family room and persue the Williams Sonoma catalog myself!! I really like my Wusthof Santoku knife I got for Christmas last year and I do have a Wusthof knife set bought a few yrs ago too. Actually a new stove would be nice but as I do lots of canning/freezing I cannot get a flat top range as the burners are not big enough and the kettles would damage the stovetop (*sigh*) I would like a few pieces of "Le Crueset" cookware-but I fall over at the prices!! Since I do cook alot I have most of the stuff I need. (why do I have 4 colander's though??)

I agree that the prices of Le Cruset are out of control, but if this makes you feel better we've passed down several peices for three generations. They last FOREVER! So when you buy it, that's it, you don't have to get a replacement ever again.

Oh, I love my Wusthof Santoku knife! My future inlaws went in together and bought me the chef's knife for my birthday ... BEST. KNIFE. EVER. I feel so very professional with it.

What do I want? I desperately want a freezer. Just a small, "bar fridge" sized one (we don't have room for anything larger, although I'm sure I could fill a full-sized one up!). I like making meals in advance and buying things like meat and frozen veggies in bulk, but with just the tiny freezer attached to our fridge, we have to plan things very carefully to make sure there's room.

I'd also love a food processor and a BBQ. My boyfriend and I are currently having an ongoing "disagreement" over what the word "BBQ" means. He wants something small (like a tabletop unit) that we could then bring it inside once we're done using it (but we don't have any room indoors to keep it, is what I keep telling him -- that, and if it's a table-top kind of unit, where's the table we'd be putting it on?!?); I want a big BBQ that we can keep out on our porch year-round (we'd have to chain it and the propane tank to the porch, however, because there have been thefts in our neighbourhood). I thought it was usually the man in the relationship who wanted the big super-deluxe BBQ?!?

Right now, I'm completely hating garbage disposals.
Ours is clogged, and nothing is working on it.
When they clog they don't work and your sink is useless.

I want one of those Kitechen-Aid stand mixers. I'm trying to convince my husband that's what I need for Christmas. He says I'll never use it, I swear I would use it if I had it...

Another wish in this genre, I wish I could figure out how to clean my glass cooktop stove. I use the cleaner provided by the manufacturer and it never looks right. Anyone know anything about this?
