Oh, poor Annie! She is lucky to have you to try to save her from this awful time. I hope she starts to feel better.

Oh my goodness... poor poor Annie! That breeder should pay for at least some of this. Do you have any way to contact them now? I apologize if you've already been through this with other people asking you.

I'm sending lots of vibes, my kitties are too. It must be heartbreaking for you to see her like that.

Under the situation that the OP told us before concerning the "breeder" of this cat, its not advisable to even contact her.

I do hope Annie comes out of this ok - our thoughts/prayers are with you and Annie.

I'm sorry you lost your kittens and are having to go through this. I hope Annie gets better fast too! My cat lost her kittens the same way so I know how you feel.

I know you don't want to contact the breeder, but maybe you should. I mean, they forced you to breed the cat, right, wasn't that the contract. If I remember the post correctly, didn't you say that Annie was technically the breeder's cat until she had produced a litter of kittens, then she's your.

Sooooo, I would say that the breeder ought to at least pay part of the vet bill considering the fact that it is the breeders fault that this whole thing happened. I could be wrong, but it doesn't seem right that you should have to bear the financial(not to mention emotional) burden for something that you didn't want in the first place, which was for Annie to get pregnant.

To All who asked. Annie is doing ok. She still isnt home. She's not eating either. She hasnt eaten since thursday. But she is getting more active and wants out of her cage at the vets. They said I can take her home tomorow if she's still doing ok. They think she's not eating because she's not used to the vets and is stressed out. Thanks for wondering about her!

Thanks! The surgery went ok. She lost more blood. So she had another transfusion. But it looks like she's going to be ok.

Like Goldenkitty said. I'm not going to be contacting the breeder. She doesnt need to know anything. She would probably try and cause trouble and I dont want to deal with that. My parents agreed they would pay for most of it. Since they were the ones who were stupid enough to get her with that stupid contract and then dump her on me.
She'll be taken care of though.

Oh, that's good news! I was getting very worried. Don't they have kitty NG tubes or kitty parenteral nutrition? Maybe not... maybe she'll eat some baby food for you. Sending more vibes....

No They are just giving her fluids and nutrical. She has food in there with her and they offer her the stinkiest wet food every hour. I just got a call from the vet. She stayed late to see if Annie would eat after being out to play and cuddle. She ate some Felidae (I think thats what she said) wet food. Not much but she ate!

I'm very sorry for your loss
The mother of my kitten had another set before I moved out of the home and one of hers was still born and I knew how upset I was about that one, I can only imagine what you and poor Annie are going through.

Thank God he found her in time, though. I will pray for her quick recovery.

I'm glad to her she's ok and that everything is being taken care of. I hope you don't run into trouble with the breeder.

Annie didnt get to come home today. Only because I wasnt able to stay home with her and I couldnt get anyone else to. The vet doesnt want her left alone for a couple more days. So John is going to pick her up tomorow morning and stay with her all day. Then the next day my sister will be staying with her. I have off Friday already for my sonogram. So I will be able to be with her all day. I asked the vet about what she thought the billl would be. She said a little over 2,000.
My parents are so going to have to pay most of it. Its partially there fault she's in this situation. I still havnt been able to get Bagheera's tests done because of this.
