Happy Tuesday To Me!

So, I just started a new job last Thursday (wokring two jobs now that I'm done with my Masters) and my poor boss just had to turn around and pick up her son from daycare (he's 4) because he has pinkeye. She lives about an hour from the office, so she's not going to come back today: plus she has to take him to the doctor, and can't find a sitter on such short notice.

She gave me a few tasks to do, and I have a few things to work on: but not anywhere close to a full day's worth of work. I need the hours though, so I'm just going to have a relaxing day here and sttttttttttttretch the work out so I get my eight hours in! Take a nice long lunch, take a walk, a nice long afternoon coffee break: it's going to be a good day!!!

I'm an Arts Management consultant, I specialize in Marketing and Public Relations. Right now I work for a theatre company as their Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, and also working for a small university as an Administrative and Marketing Consultant.

Basically, its the marketing and business side of arts organizations: I got my Masters in Arts Management and my Bachelor's Degree is in theatre.

It's veeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrry specialized and not terribly lucrative but I love it!
