My Kotti STARTED out as a Seal Point and then her body started to darken. OK I know that happens BUT NOW her DARK points are getting LIGHT and even her back which WAS dark is getting lighter.

IS this normal or what?

Pics would be helpful.
How old is she?
Point darkness (not color) is determined by the body heat generated.

I've never heard of a darkened adult coat getting lighter, but I suppose it is possible, especially given your climate.
I think I would try and get her temp and make sure she wasn't running a fever.

Don't feel bad - Ling started out as a blue/white tabby baby. Then got blue points, the blue points changed to seal points (still all with the blue tabby body).

Today she is black/white
And in the right sunlight you still can see the tabby markings on her body and the point color is a lot darker on the mask/ears/legs.

And you think YOUR kitty is weird

no no fever but I AM wondering if cats have hormonal imbalances. She is itching so bad and cannot lose weight! Vet has no idea why.

Here is a recent photo of her.

If she's overweight, the color lightening up may simply be due to the extra body heat she's generating.

If the vet has no clue about her weight and itchyness, I'm not sure what to tell you.
Maybe try an elimination diet to try and find if it's allergies.
I sure hope you and your vet can find some answers for her, maybe consult a feline specialist.

She has been on WD, Innova lite, Evo, and now on Purina MD because it is HIGH protein and we are hopeing less will saitate her so she will lose weight.

Her itches STARTED with a flea allergy but now I do not see any fleas or flea poop on her AND Missy AND Panther are itching. I am thinking of switching litters to see if THAT is what is causing their itching!

It could seriously be the litter - my two foundation abys are allergic to clay and crystal litters and they can only use wood based products (but not Feline Pine!).

I am going to try chicken Layer crumbles. It is like WBC only it is $12.00 for a 70 pound bag. IF they will use it that MAY help her itches. If it does not I start on a dusting campain and if that does not help the grass will be cut WAY low!

It is a little pricer 20$ for organic layer crumbles instead of ten for a 50lb crumbles but at least you know there arent any chemical on it..
