Brother just brought in his 17yr old male cat. Started throwing up yellow fluid with a little blood in it today and has lost a lot of weight these past few days. Gums have a yellowish tint and so does the whites of his eyes.
Vet says she does not think its related to his liver or kidney but wants to do blood work, sonogram, xray and maybe exploratory surgery to see if she can find anything that the sonogram or x-ray cant. Sounds like time for a new vet.
