What a lovely day

I'm trying to do an assignment for uni (college), and I got my husband to drop me at the library so I could do it there. I was not at all motivated, so I took my stuff outside and here I am and it's been going so much better

Google has got free wireless internet throughout the entire city, so I'm sitting out here in a beautiful grassy park, using the free wireless as needed, it's a beautiful sunny day with not a cloud in the sky, there's a guy nearby playing the guitar, and there's squirrels hopping around everywhere.

I just put my head down and had a catnap, and am about to get back to the assignment.

Back in Australia, I would have been eaten alive by ants and other bugs from lying on the grass and I'd be burnt to a crisp by now - the US certainly has some very good things going for it!

Wow, I didn't know about the free wireless internet - my hubby has a client in Sacto, and in the San Jose area, plus we make the jog over to The City as often as we can, it would be great to just whip out the laptop & do the work at the park instead of the hotel room.

In my new apartment its only 3km from here but i have squirrels running around everywhere! its beautiful!
